5Nights 6Days North Bengal Offbeat with Darjeeling

On the first day, once you arrive at NJP / IXB / Siliguri you will be picked up in a cab and transferred to the homestay at Burmaik where you will be staying. After all the check-in formalities, you can freshen up and spend the day as you wish to. The day will finally end with an overnight stay at the homestay.

On the second day, you will be taken for a sightseeing tour of the town after breakfast. You will go around town visiting Mangal Dham, Deolo hills, Dr. Graham’s home, Golf Garden, Durpin Dara Hill, and the flower nurseries. Finally, you will return to the homestay at the end of the day, continue for dinner and spend another night at the homestay.

This morning after breakfast transfer to Lamahatta on the way we will Visit Takdah Monastery (Dechhen Pema Tshoiling Monastery), Rungli Rangliot Tea Garden (outer view), Orchid Center and Suspension Bridge Tinchuley Monastery, Tinchuley Viewpoint, Lamahatta eco park etc. Return to homestay. Evening free for leisure activities. Tea with snacks. Dinner – Off to bed. Overnight at Lamahatta.

This morning after breakfast transfer to Darjeeling. Evening visit Darjeeling mall by walking. Overnight stay at Darjeeling Hotel.

Early Morning (at 4.00 am) drive to Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular Sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ava Art Gallery and Japanese Temple (4 hrs from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs). Overnight stay will be at Darjeeling.

Checkout from hotel and transfer to NJP / IXB / Siliguri via Mirik Lake, Pasupati Market, Nepal border, Simana Viewpoint, Lepcha Jagat.
